Four-Point

A four-point inspection is a type of home inspection that insurance companies often require. It focuses on four main areas of the property: the roof, the electrical system, the plumbing system, and the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system.

The roof inspection will check for the condition, age, and life expectancy of the roof. It will also look for any signs of leaks or damage.

The electrical system inspection will check for the type of wiring in the house, the condition of the electrical panel, and any potential fire hazards.

The plumbing system inspection will check for the type of pipes used in the house, the condition of the water heater, and any signs of leaks or water damage.

The HVAC system inspection will check the condition and functionality of the heating and cooling system.

Each of these areas is inspected to ensure they are in good working order and to identify any potential issues that could lead to major repairs in the future.
